We collect information you provide directly: account registration details (name, email, organization), proposal content you create, organization profile data, and payment information processed through our payment provider. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration) and technical data (browser type, IP address, device type) to operate and improve the platform.
We use your information to provide and operate the Clariva platform, process payments, send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset), and provide customer support. We do not use your proposal content or organization data to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Access to production systems is restricted and logged. We conduct regular security reviews. If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us at atifixia.ai@gmail.com.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Proposal content and organization data is retained until you delete it or close your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting atifixia.ai@gmail.com.
Clariva uses third-party service providers for AI generation, payment processing, and cloud infrastructure. These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their services and are bound by their own privacy policies. A full list of sub-processors is available upon request by contacting atifixia.ai@gmail.com.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your proposal content at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at atifixia.ai@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of Clariva after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
