By creating an account or using Clariva, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free, paid, and enterprise customers. Clariva is operated by AtiFiXia AI LLC (dba Clariva).
Clariva provides AI-assisted grant proposal generation tools. You may use the platform for legitimate grant writing purposes. You may not use the platform to generate fraudulent proposals, misrepresent your organization or qualifications to funding agencies, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models.
You retain ownership of all proposal content, organization data, and intellectual property you create using Clariva. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your proposals or research.
Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have consumed fewer than 10% of the purchased credits. Enterprise contracts are governed by separate agreements.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
Clariva is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that AI-generated proposals will be funded, accepted by agencies, or compliant with specific solicitation requirements. It is your responsibility to review, verify, and take ownership of all content before submission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clariva's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends; you may export your data before closing your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
